1. Find an important personal story/history/event that you can share with us
Once upon a time, around 2014, I married my high school sweetheart. I was young and in love, and wanting to move far, far away. Fast forward to two years later, I am living in San Diego with my husband, where some of the worst and best experiences of my life occurred. The only real photos I took were either me pretending I was having fun, or a genuinely good experience (which was rare). Eventually my ex cheated on me and I left him, moved back home and started school. One day I really want to move back to San Diego and make some genuinely good memories.

3. What "artifacts" can you find to fill out the gaps left by the snapshots in this personal story/history/event? (Please find images to support this story or sketch them)

I still have my wedding ring and band unfortunately, I haven't had luck in selling the sucker. Part of me thinks it bad luck for a couple to have it, because of all the bad vibes associated with it, but it feels like a burden to keep.
4. How would you associate this personal story/history/event with other people or even society/culture?
I think this is a tale as old as time unfortunately, girl falls in love, follows boy across country, boy cheats on girl, girls heart breaks, and then she moves on.
