Make a summary of what you read from this chapter.
Find a sign---a visual production (an artwork, an advertisement poster, a magazine cover, etc.). Think about how it is composed below. Try to identify what is its "signifier" and what is the "signified."



Signs can be interppurated in many different ways, I used literal Signs as examples. The use of color and type gives you a clear sense of what it is portraying. Blue is always used for sterile or knowledge. Yellow is for caution, and red is for danger.
